Job Description
Our client : A family office.
Your role : The incumbent would start by decentralizing and creating
efficiencies and new ways of working for the subsidiaries. Streamlining the
reporting function and ensuring the digitization of services is rolled out
across the various business units. Assess initiatives, conduct feasibility
studies, support management decisions for immediate and long-term business
goals, and participate in management and shareholder reporting. Among the
responsibilities are developing the financial strategy, providing financial
leadership, financial advisory services, and business consulting services, as
well as providing decision support for various business lines and senior
management.
Support for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and business integration.
Development and support of financial modelling and finance function
infrastructure. Evaluation of contracts related to asset divestment, service
outsourcing, and business/investment analysis.
Must Have : Professional Qualifications ACCA, CMA. The candidate should be
able to demonstrate skills in strategy, corporate finance, and accounting,
including the ability to evaluate both industry and company information. Prior
experience in capital markets; business development; M&A, process/change
management or strategy/management consulting is required.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
