  • Manage and lead the activities of the Enterprise Transformation Delivery Office

  • Manage timely and effective identification, alignment, initiation, reporting and delivery of all transformation initiatives and strategic projects

  • Manage the strategic projects portfolio; ensure ongoing alignment of strategic initiatives/ projects with the long-term objectives and targets

  • Lead strategic, functional and technical discussions with senior stakeholders across business areas, support and control functions, delivery partners and program management teams

  • Design and define project management and reporting best practices and standards to be adopted within the organization in line with industry standards and practices for continuous improvement

  • Management of communications with project stakeholders across hierarchies and functions

  • Vendor management for projects based on 3rd party solutions including active participation in vendor selection and integration

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related discipline

  • MBA or Graduate degree preferred

  • ‎7+ years of experience in corporate planning and project management in IT and banking environments specifically

  • ‎3+ years of managerial / supervisory experience

  • Expertise in one or more technology domains with proven delivery experience

  • Strong understanding and knowledge of banking industry

  • Recognized industry certifications - PMP, PRINCE2, COBIT, SAFe etc.

  • In depth knowledge of the business, for which Information Technology solutions and services are being provided

  • Thorough knowledge of Information Technology trends and developments, limitations, and functional applications

  • Excellent understanding of Project management methodologies, the Software development methodologies, architecture and CASE tools

  • Shall be able estimate effort and evaluate high level design and architecture

  • Excellent knowledge of BSF's operations environment

  • Thorough knowledge of the Bank's technical infrastructure

  • Good knowledge of functional and non-functional requirements

  • Good Knowledge of System design and analysis

  • Good knowledge of relevant products and services

  • Sound knowledge of relevant procedures and policy

  • Capable to perform financial statement analysis and

  • Has good computer knowledge and command over Excel

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Well-developed report writing skills

  • Written and spoken fluency in English
