A Day in the Life
* As the Reporting and Analytics Program Manager, you will lead the Emerging Markets OPEX (Operational Excellence) Reporting and Analytics strategy, promote a data-driven culture by providing guidance to others, and provide excellent customer experience in a way that helps empower our stakeholders to perform at their very best.
* You will seek out best practices, educate our stakeholders, and be an agent of change within the organization to educate and drive data-based decisions and workflows for our stakeholders to support the Emerging Markets regions.
* You will be the center of excellence for Emerging Markets through standardization, process optimization, functional improvements, innovation and transformations as part of our value proposition and support driving change towards best in class services for our customers and patients within Emerging Markets.
* You will analyze improvement opportunities, drive prioritization and reports potential outcome.
* You will develop, implement and sustain process improvement initiatives.
* You will define, and ensure use of standard methodologies and processes. Establish, and maintain performance metrics to measure success and sustainability with stakeholders.
* You will lead Excellence deployment infrastructure (processes, training, tools, websites, etc.).
* You will communicate with Project Managers for ongoing and upcoming Excellence portfolio might impact ongoing projects' execution.
Must Haves
* Experience in Customer Care and Supply Chain business processes (prefarably)
* Strong knowledge of Power BI and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) code
* Strong communication and organizational skills, strong in stakeholder management
* Stakeholder engagement and influence
* Open minded and innovative
* Able to assess the need and act accordingly
* Hands-on and has a "can do" mentality
* Experience from a reporting/data analytics position
* Strong analytical curiosity and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environment
Nice to have
* Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
* must have with 5-7 years experiance
* Basic SQL ( Structured Query Language ) knowledge
* Experience with an Agile framework such as Scrum
* Lean Sigma certification
