Job description

The Project Director leads and manages the project from inception to
completion, providing leadership, management, coordination and direction to
teams delivering project and liaises closely with client and stakeholders.
He/She represents the company in the project organization and is ultimately
responsible for foreseeing that the project meets its overall objectives by
setting plans, priority and resources to the project.

Responsible of the management of all staff within the project;
* Set the overall direction and leadership of the supervision project.
* Responsible for the overall performance of the project including project performance, cost, schedule, safety and quality as well as staff performance.
* Responsible for planning and governance and for overseeing the successful delivery of the project's output including technical results and financial profitability;
* Maintain strategic alignment between the project and the organization;
* Interface with the senior representatives of client and company/contractors;
* Manage teams to ensure project business objectives are achieved on time
* Develop and implement project management plans to ensure the success of the project;
* Regularly communicate with company management & key stakeholders to ensure project outcomes are met;
* Define the project governance (controls),plan the overall project and monitor the progress;
* Manage the project's budget, risks and issues and taking corrective measurements;
* Coordinate the projects (tasks) and their interdependencies;
* Manage and utilize resources across projects, manage stakeholders' communication;
* Promote and maintain health and safety and ensure safety rules are being followed

Profile

• Minimum ‎20 years of experience in managing engineering design development, construction practices, economic principles, international codes, standards, procedures and specifications.


• Experience on mega mixed use/building/architectural projects is preferred. Must have experience at senior management/director level as well as having extensive experience in client facing roles.
