Position Purpose:
The Financial Controller-KSA is responsible for the preparation of Financial
and Management Reporting aspects of the SJ Group Middle East including
budgeting, forecasting and reporting of financial transactions, preparing
management reports on a monthly basis and assisting with the supervision and
mentoring of other finance staff.
The incumbent will role model SJ values, ethics and code of conduct and ensure
all business activities are carried out in accordance with these guiding
principles.
Key Accountability 1: To assist the ME Managing Director and Discipline Heads
with the development and implementation of the ME business plan, budget, and
associated strategic goals.
Key Accountability 2:
Have ultimate responsibility for financial control and reporting of the KSA
business, which will establish, measure and manage budgets to maximise Revenue
and Net Contribution outcomes
Key accountability 3: To provide timely and accurate management reports to
assist with assessment of the overall office and SJ operational position
Key Accountability 4: To implement and manage the best systems and processes
to effectively support the business
Key accountability 5: To optimise project outcomes for the group in the area
of Finance
Key accountability 6: Contribution to the Team
Key accountability 7: Workplace Health & Safety
Key accountability 8: Compliance - Actively promote a culture of zero
tolerance of bribery and corruption
