Role Purpose

We are looking for a Hospitality / Hotel Design Manager for a major program in
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This role will be working on a major mixed use scheme in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
It will be responsible for managing design for hospitality / hotel / luxury
residential buildings across this large programme.

What this job involves
Accountable for day to day delivery of Hotel / Hospitality design management
tasks.

Develop the client design brief to suit the specific requirements of the
project.

Undertake full design management and manage design teams in the development of
design solutions to meet the client’s expectations and budget.

Manage design through gateways in line with the contract and brief from the
client.

Fully manage and handle local government approvals process.

Administer design contracts, proactively managing and confirming the
compliance of contractors/consultants to the contract terms and conditions.

Produce design progress reports to suit relevant stages of the projects.

Monitor and report on the designer’s progress against the contract program.

Manage design consultant teams to ensure that the design is done in compliance
with the contract.

Managing the design process, not personally responsible for delivering design
or hands on producing design.

Desired skills and experience for this
Degree Qualification is preferred for client approval and visa purposes.

Professional Memberships are an advantage but not essential.

Experience in managing design for Hospitality / Hotel projects in the region.

Excellent written and verbal skills with a fluent proficiency in English.

International safety qualification / recognition an advantage but not
essential.
