Senior Quality Manager

Job Description:

to be versatile as well as have exceptional communication, analytical and
management skills and an unparalleled eye for detail. In this role you provide
management and direction for our quality management across a massive portfolio
of works. You will recruit, interview, and evaluate prospective employees as
well as hire, offer personnel development, conduct performance evaluations,
counsel employees, takes corrective actions (as required), and approves
terminations. One of your roles will include ensuring that new employees
receive orientation on company policies and procedures.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Develops and implements the program quality plans, including project audit to ensure compliance with ISO ‎9001 and NQA-‎1 requirements. Implements the QIC Corrective Action/ Preventive Action and Non-conformance tracking program, development including defining requirements and future administration and support of a unified, global system to include tracking of NCR's, CAR's, Audit Findings, etc.
* Provides outreach oversight and provides coaching and guidance to the quality program activities concerning day to day performance of the work scope.
* Facilitates forming partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations on the program.
* Responsible for oversight of all quality among our team.
* Responsible for working closely with QIC and delivery partners for integrated quality with all key stakeholders, including authorising authorities and any/all interested parties.
* Reports quality issues to the QIP XDS Assurance Director and develops appropriate recommendations/resolutions/mitigations as necessary.
* Assigns work to employees, oversees, and tracks the completion of work assignments.
* Interviews and selects personnel for assignment as required.
* Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals; provides training and development; completes performance evaluations, conducts employee counselling, takes corrective action as necessary.
* Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies and procedures.
* Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Degree in a related field (or equivalent) and at least ‎10 years of related
experience in quality management in complex environments and project settings.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.


• Strong written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required, both internal and external facing.


• Ability to work in teams. Ability to follow through. Ability to clearly deliver work instructions in a complex stakeholder environment, under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.


• Integrity, advanced professionalism, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company and employee information


• High-level understanding and appreciation of quality in complex stakeholder environments and within the major program sector, preferably within KSA.


• Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with an influence senior-level management. Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, co-workers, employees, vendors, and contractors.


• Excellent organization and follow through abilities.


• Excellent business judgement.
