PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Perform duties as Fueling Team Chief at a foreign military airfield location.
* Supervise up to ten (10 Fuel Technicians providing fueling/refueling/defueling services at an airfield/heliport supporting operational, training, and maintenance flights.
* Provide oversight for on-the-job training for host nation personnel working alongside the contractor personnel.
* Attend Company and MNG Airfield-related meetings/training as required.
* Responsible for coordinating all fueling activities with other airfield agencies to ensure safe operations.
* Maintain the highest ethical personal and professional standards.
POSITION SCOPE AND CHARTER
* High School Diploma required.
* Minimum 5 years experience working in Fuel servicing, preferably in a military environment.
* Supervisory experience required.
* Military Aviation Operations experience is preferred, especially AFSC 2F0X1 or Army MOS 92F
* Must be able to read, speak, write legibly and understand the English language.
* Must be comfortable working with host nation military personnel.
* Familiarization with ATP 3-04.17, AR 95-20 and DCMA 8210.1c. for Airfield Operations.
* Must have a valid state operator's license and be able to pass the government licensing requirements.
* Must adhere to Company policies/procedures and management instruction.
* Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and Company Proprietary data
* Will be required to travel when deemed necessary.

frequently required to walk, sit or reach with hands and arms. The employee is
also occasionally required to climb a ladder.
Climbing, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, kneeling, stretching,
extensive walking and working in tiring uncomfortable positions. May require
lifting of objects whose weight sometime exceeds fifty (50) pounds.
The diversity of working conditions may range from a standard climate-
controlled environment where there is no physical discomfort, to a non-
climate-controlled environment, to an environment where inclement weather may
subject individuals to severe weather including extreme heat and blowing sand
conditions. May be required to work in areas where high noise levels prevail.
May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. May be exposed to electrical
shock hazards. May be required to perform off-site service when directed.
