Position: Food Safety Officer (Saudi Only) (Full time #530744)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
* Checks and monitors hygiene and food safety standard in all areas.
* Maintains the HACCP system into all food and beverage operations.
* Carries out water testing of all swimming pools on the four sites for free chlorine levels.
* Carries out water testing of the treated water produced by the RO plant and stored in all treated water supply holding tanks as per the scope of the Wettico.
* Maintains hygiene manuals for all areas of the food preparation.
* Conducts scheduled operational reviews, audits on hygiene and documents all findings. Work out improvement plans and assist area managers in implementing actions plans.
* Maintain and keep records of all hygiene control process and ensure best practices are in place at all times through out the operations.
* Verification of cleaning procedures (dish wash, pot wash, floor wash ) and cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen equipment's using correct chemical concentrations, maintaining the records of cleaning and sanitation.
* Ensure freezers and chillers are in good working condition / calibration of equipment's (chillers, freezers, weighing scales ) compiled annually.
* Baladya / Royal Protocol / Government bodies
Qualifications:
2 years experience in the same field.
Hospitality experience -preferred-
Bachelor's degree in Food Safety
A license to practice a profession from the Saudi Commission for Health
