The Storekeeper is responsible for maintaining the store in addition to
safeguarding & keeping track of all company assets in store



  • Check quality and quantity of the received material

  • Process GR as required and update the stock in SAP

  • Raise discrepancy and forward to purchaser if any variance

  • Process GR as required and update the stock in SAP

  • Claim Warranty from the supplier & confirm Credit note or Replacement Through Clare System

  • Conduct physical inventory checks

  • Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders

  • Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles

  • Manage and handle loading and unloading of Shipments

  • Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location

  • Move inventory and materials across facilities

  • Picking and packing customer orders without any error

  • Confirm the transfer orders in SAP through the RF scanner

  • Print shipping labels

  • Picking of intercompany transfer orders

  • Pack shipments and label correctly as per the requirement of the destination

  • Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors

  • Preparing outbound shipments ahead of delivery

  • Maintain proper inventory of material

  • Wear correct PPE and follow safety measures

  • Operate light machinery like manual lifter/ hand jack to move or store inventory

  • Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles

  • Work as an active team member to complete team goals

  • Keep neat and clean warehouse premises

  • Conduct physical inventory checks

  • Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders
