delivery intra cities with Same Day delivery and 2 hours delivery. We aim to
deliver
Ecommerce parcels as fast as delivering pizza! So having stable supply and
well
onboarded captains is a key component to achieve our goals and maintain
service
quality.
WeDeliver raised the largest pre-seed $2.4 million round for its B2B
crowdsourced
delivery platform in Saudi Arabia and the third-largest for a start-up in the
MENA
region up-to-date.
What do we expect from you?
Develop and implement the Captains acquisition strategy for both offline and
online channels
Setting targets and OKRs for the team and setting up a process to engage with
the vendors and suppliers to get the ground pulse on a regular basis.
Support on strategy implementation and ongoing business performance
Develop captain's experience to maintain higher NPS and retention rates.
Understand the market context, collate requirements/feedback and launch
projects accordingly
Setting up direct and indirect channels for fleet acquisition like referrals,
vendors, and street teams and conducting on ground marketing activities like
flyering, onboarding fairs etc.
Enable effective and efficient execution by implementing best practices
identified across markets
Project manage large cross functional initiatives related to strategic
priorities to drive impact and improve Customer, Captain and In App Experience
Generate creative solutions, accounting for long-term benefits. Identify
adjacent problem and/or opportunity areas
Execution and implementation of new policies, processes and features
Supervising all captain support channels to ensure our captains are receiving
world class support
Lead and develop a team of high performers
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable
deals

5+ years of experience in professional environments specially working with
technology companies
Comfortable with continuous engagement with C-level and Senior Leadership
Strong analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Comfortable with PowerPoint and Excel
Strong team-player, comfortable with cross-team collaboration - a real people
person
Fast learner - lots of things to comprehend in a very short time span
Previous experience working with product teams.
