Overview
A Chief Accountant will Lead all accounting related matters for all Egis legal
entities in Saudi Arabia. Manages the proper integration of all acquired
companies accounts within Egis consolidated view. In charge of reconciling
accounts and propose / applying corrections when needed. In charge of
proposing processes and forms to reinforce internal controls.
Role and Responsibilities
* Lead all accounting related matters for all the company legal entities in Saudi Arabia.
* Manages the proper integration of all acquired companies accounts within Egis consolidated view.
* Reconciling accounts and propose and applying corrections when needed.
* Proposing processes and forms to reinforce internal controls.
* Interface the external auditors and the tax auditors.
* Main point of contact with banks for all matters except Project bonds issuance.
* Cash Management and optimization.
Skills and Competencies
* Must have International Accounting certification
* High level of attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English
