Self Inspector - Room Attendant
Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is looking for a Self Inspector Room Attendant to
join our team.
Function:
Delivering excellent standards performance ( as measured by Medallia, LQA
International Benchmarking, and other applicable standards) Maintaining a
score of ‎90% or higher on room inspections. Properly completing all general
cleaning, special projects as assigned by management, and maintenance of
public areas both in my department and guest areas. Communicating effectively
with management and coordinators should I require additional assistance to
stay on schedule with my room assignments. Complying to the best of my ability
with necessary schedule changes and reasonable requests to work overtime as
needed by the operation. Maintaining a good time and attendance record without
excessive call outs or tardiness (no more than ‎6 call outs or ‎5 tardy in a
calendar year). Following the Four Seasons Code of conduct at all times as
concerns my own behavior and team by creating a positive place to work for
all.
