a customized Public Health Data Strategy that is consistent with and supports
the client 's overall mission and vision and meet their future needs. The
activities include, but are not limited to, the following:
* ### Gain a comprehensive understanding of the client 's current state including baseline assessment, mandates, strategic objectives, infrastructure, capabilities, practices, processes, and challenges
* ### Evaluate the requirements of the client (internally and within the health ecosystem) by conducting interviews and workshops with project sponsors and other senior executives.
* ### Identify and document the client 's current types of data, content, and knowledge captured, analyzed, and reported.
* ### Collect the current policies that define data collection, protection, retention, and destruction.
* ### Review and compare the best practice in public health data driven organizations internationally and identify any limitations & future plans and shift.
* ### Create Public health data driven organizations benchmarking and best practices comprehensive document
* ### Develop a customized Public Health Data Governance Strategy and Operating model Design, whilst defining relevant KPIs
* ### Enable Data Management Office (DMO) by suggesting the organizational structure and institutionalizing governance policies**
