Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible Risk analyst to perform a variety of
administrative tasks. Duties of the Risk analyst include providing support to
our managers and clients, assisting in daily office needs and managing our
company's general activities.
Responsibilities
* Organize and schedule appointments
* Collect the project risks reports
* Document the project risks to a single place to tracks its history
* Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled risk reports
* Develop and maintain a filing system
* Update and maintain office policies and procedures
* Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
* Maintain contact lists, submit and reconcile expense reports
* Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
* Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Qualification & Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
* Saudi Nationals highly preferred.
