We have an opportunity for an Trade & Compliance Analyst II


To manage SABER Processes and implement/complete all regulatory tasks to
facilitate smooth import of HBT products into KSA.


Trade & Compliance Analyst II* *Responsibilities
* Identify the products subject to SABER regulations and collect all related products info.
* Work closely with TC team to confirm the best products ' HS Codes (according to local classification)
* Prepare/submit applications, provide Authorities representatives with all Docs/info required, clarify all their inquiries, and follow up with stakeholders to get final certs issued.
* Manage Products local testing processes
* Manage SABER Factory Audits requirements
* Liaise with CS Team to identify the SKUs of shipments expected to be received within the next Period, and pro-actively act to make sure that all docs/info are ready in advance
* Maintain an updated data for Products info/Docs
* Stay tuned with Authorities and update the business with all upcoming regulations expected so we can pro-actively work to keep our products in compliance.

* HOS participation as per the business requirement.
ou will partner with the factory operations in providing direction that
ensures product is coordinated, monitored and completes the production cycle
according to schedule.

  • Review production schedules

  • Capacity requirement review

  • Labor load review

  • Material availability review

  • Review engineering plans

  • Continuous improvement plans

  • Interacts with factory floor

  • Identifies risk factors

  • Data analysis overviews
    Qualifications & Experience
    Education Required
    Degree qualified in electrical/electronic engineering or regulatory
    Background.
    Work Experience Required
    ‎2 years of experience in Building Technology Products.
    ‎2 years of experience in SABER Processes.
    Technical Skills & Specific Knowledge Required
    Knowledge of Global Standards (IEC, EN, ETSI, UL, etc…)
    Knowledge of KSA Market's regulations (SASO, CITC, MOCD, MOI, etc…)
    Advanced user of MS Excel
    Behavioral Competencies Required
    Highly organized and structured approach.
    Solutions-oriented and has a Sense of tact in dealing with Authorities
    Self-motivated and Pro-active team player.
    Ability to deal with Sensitive/confidential data
    Language Requirements
    English (Mandatory)
    Arabic (Mandatory)
