    Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing pre-sales support to the sales team for all presales requirements.

  • Performing product demonstrations to the assigned prospective customers; as well as, providing individual pre-sales support to meet team quota targets.

  • Compose and deliver superior sales presentations covering SAP solutions to prospective customer audiences. The presentations must articulate the sales message, differentiate SAP, and leave a strong and positive impression on audiences which can include senior company executives.

  • Ability to effectively present to customers "remotely" using virtual technologies (WebEx - MS teams .. etc.).

  • The development of customized demos, responses to RFPs, and demo information required during the sales cycle.

  • Performing product demonstrations to end-users and senior management up to the executive level.

  • Manage and assist in the preparation of RFPs (Request for Proposals), as well as, providing the sales team with functional, technical, and industry support in the creation of ROI templates and other sales tools, as required.

  • Develop additional creative demonstration scenarios and methods.

  • Develop relationships with existing customers and nurture references.

  • Develop expertise and product knowledge in the complete suite of products offered.

  • Provide and suggest the best solution fit to the prospective customer's requirement.

  • Support the sales team to build technical proposals.

  • Provide the sales team with the license prices after discussing them with the delivery team & sales team.

  • Validate the inputs that come from the delivery team while building the commercial proposal with the sales team.

  • Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
    Requirements

  • ‎2+ years of presales experience

  • ‎2 -‎5 years of solution specialist (or equivalent customer facing) experience in areas appropriate to the job

  • Demonstrates ‎3-‎4 successful engagements leading small teams on small-mid-sized deals

  • Extensive knowledge/expertise on end to end processes/solution matching

  • Experience in sales and sales processes

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • English: proficient

  • Arabic: Native

  • Business level local language: expert

  • Bachelor equivalent: minimum requirement
