English Teachers

Develop lesson plans and themes for curriculum objectives specific for
teaching English (Language Arts) at Middle-Secondary grade levels in BOTH
GIRLS and BOYS Schools. Instruct through lectures, discussions, and
demonstrations. Use computers, audiovisual aids, and other equipment and
materials to supplement presentations. Adapt teaching methods and
instructional materials to meet the varying needs and interests of students.
Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with students and
organizing learning resources and the classroom environment.
Meeting with parents or guardians, teachers, counselors and administrators to
resolve any possible behavioural or academic problems. Attend professional
development workshops and educational conferences to maintain and improve
professional competence. Establish and enforce rules for class management and
student behaviour. Prepare, administer, and grade tests and assignments to
evaluate student progress.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in English, Literature or Linguistics from a recognized University in the UK, CA, US, AU, NZ, ZA (due to Visa restrictions)


• TEACHING LICENSE FROM ONE OF THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES: UK, US, CA, ZA


• Must have excellent English communication skills and could pass an IELTS at level ‎7


• Can deal effectively with student behaviour issues

Required Experience:

• Minimum ‎3 years experience teaching English to Middle-Secondary grade levels


• Culturally sensitive, dependable, flexible and able to work in a continuously changing environment

Monthly Salary Range:

TAX FREE Monthly salary range of SAR ‎10,000 - ‎13,000 depending on
qualifications and experience

Housing:

• Singles will receive a Furnished Apartment with Transportation provided


• Married candidates will receive three months Basic Salary provided as Housing Allowance per year plus Transportation Allowance of SAR ‎500

Health Insurance Coverage:

Medical covered for employee, spouse and ‎2 dependents under ‎18 years of
age all residing in the country

Annual Air Tickets:

Annual Return air fare for employee, spouse and ‎2 dependents under ‎18 years
of age, all residing in the country

Leave:

In addition to official holidays, paid leave is allocated as per academic
calendar and as per country Labour law. Minimum ‎45 work days per year.

Dependant School Fees:

‎50% discount on dependent school fees when attending same school as employee

Visa & Medical Check Fees:

Residence Visa and medical for Employee ONLY (done in KSA)
Employee responsible for Visa fees for dependents

End Of Service Benefit:

Gratuity of ‎21 days basic salary for each year worked, as per Country
Labour law. Paid at end of service contract

Contract Period:

‎1 - ‎2 year contract - renewable

Location:

Saudi Arabia - Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah

Paperwork Requirements:

Notarized and Attested academic degrees, teaching certificates, transcripts,
marriage and dependent birth certificates. You will be advised of school
requirements.
