Senior Activation Specialist (Bu-SA-C111)

As a Tapster, you will:

Partner with the account executive and provide pre-close consulting for the
customer to manage expectations.
* Serve as a liaison for integration and any future technical conversations for merchants.
* Understand and anticipate the customer 's business needs and configure their account settings while ensuring a smooth activation process.
* Ensure customer's data is successfully ingested.
* Identify any customer cancellation/churn risks.
* Collaborate regularly with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and other Customer Experience teams to ensure continuous improvement and ongoing customer satisfaction.
What you will bring to the party:
* ‎3+ years of experience in tech support, training, operations, or customer success
* Highly technical, you will come from a technical background in engineering or software development
* Technical aptitude: You 'll learn Tap Payments platform, communicate with contacts of varying technical savvy, and offer creative solutions for customer needs.
* Joy for organization and planning: You are organized, confident, and highly resourceful.
* Bonus: prior Fintech experience | Experience working with CRM systems | experience with the payment technology industry.
* Languages Arabic and English.
