The Functional Consultant with a strong Financial, Procurement, Supply Chain &
Inventory background will serve as a business analyst and functional expert,
using customer requirements to meet their business objectives from within
Dynamics AX.
Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a
comprehensive set of requirements, are aligned to business objectives, gaining
full understanding of current business processes.
Provides knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP and evaluates the end users
business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics AX functionality.
Is responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what
actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
Ensure that proposed and existing functional architectures are aligned with
organizational goals and objectives.
Produce Dynamics AX functional specifications based on business requirements
and contribute to their development and evolution.
Provide functional expertise, direction, and assistance to the development
team as well as end users.
Prepare and maintain the required Functional Documentation & User Manuals.
Work with end users to identify, trouble-shoot, and resolve issues and
inquiries.
Is responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training end users to
successfully use and maintain Microsoft Dynamic ERP
Required education and skills:
* 4+ years of work experience with Dynamics AX Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain & Inventory Management functions in version 2012.
* Knowledge of AX Retail is an added advantage.
* Minimum of Bachelor Degree or equivalent in IT/Computers.
* Microsoft Certified preferred.
* Ability to work with and maintain team harmony to achieve objectives.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks.
