Senior FM Consultant - FM Cost Modelling

The opportunity
We are hiring a senior facilities management consultant to join the FM
consultancy team based in KSA. Leading projects a range of technical FM
consultancy activities, managing the client's relationship. To support the
business development process and provide upline reporting to the Director of
Consultancy.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and supporting consultancy projects, including primary point of client contact, managing and delivering of project requirements.
* Managing and guidance to project consultants.
* Managing relationships with clients to ensure clients satisfaction and growth within account expansion (GWAE).
* Feeding into the client/prospect database.
* Ensuring financial management of the project - staff allocation, invoicing, budgeting, issues identification, and mitigation, project reporting - external and internal projects presentations.
* Leading and supporting other consultancy team members in various aspects.
* Delivering consultancy in accordance with the Mace Operate quality management system.
* Managing and delivering bid development - bid writing, a compilation of fees, bid presentations.
* Reviewing tender management of FM services contracts.
* Developing operations and maintenance manual.
* Reviewing FM operational feasibility analysis and FM operational strategy development.
* Managing operational cost modelling, OPEX budgeting, lifecycle cost modelling, service charge cost modelling.
About you

You will have a degree qualification in FM related discipline (e.g.,
engineering, surveying) or equivalent vocational experience of working in
facilities management consultancy. You will have experience in the field of
FM, a strong business development background, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
You will have knowledge of MS Excel coding, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, & MS
Project.
