We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Installation Engineer to be
based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will assist in planning,
organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects for KONE while
ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.
Are you the one?
* Bachelor 's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Minimum ‎3 years of Elevators experience with a proven track record in a similar role
* Act as a single point of contact towards the customer during installation regarding site management, with pro-active communication and usage of related tools
* Be responsible for achieving own targets of add-on sales and change orders during installation
* Be accountable for customer satisfaction on installation process and quality of installation
* Effective stakeholder management through the project management process; Experience on CRM tools and MS Office and in particular MS Project;
* Subcontractor relations and people leadership:
* Regular project status effectively communicated to KONE management and to customer
* Highly motivated, goal oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service
* Ability to work together as a team and promote a harmonious environment
* Fluent in English communication skills
