Job Purpose:
In order to execute the related jobs for purchasing as demand for CBOB Plant.
Responsibilities:
1. Review, verify and monitor all issued PO's to suppliers and to
expedite/follow up orders and deliveries.
2. To communicate to Finance which payment is ready for release to suppliers
and to send updates to the vendor.
3. To make and maintain vendor's file (VENDOR'S MASTER LIST) by keeping the
file with complete supplier's information and to be updated from time to time.
4. To develop relationships with suppliers in order to resolve delivery and
quality concerns
5. To resolve to receive errors issues.
6. To review the invoice matching hold report and resolve discrepancies and
coordinate to Deputy Purchasing Manager.
7. Support the Deputy Purchasing Manager on operational projects as needed.
8. Send RFQ's as needed.
9. Create Purchase Order as needed.
10. Other Duties as assign.
Required work experience and skills:
2-3 years work experience as a buyer and importation
Excellent Communication Skills
Responsible, self-motivated and can work under pressure
Required educational qualifications:
Bachelor of Commerce
Other additional requirements / pre-requisites
MS OFFICE, ERP (SAP / ORACLE), MS OUTLOOK
