Mission : Aiming to embrace International career at a Senior Manager
level, you will join Saur Saudi Arabia to participate and support the
exponential growth in the Kingdom and in the GCC Region.

Reporting directly to the Country Director, you will be asked to:

• Mobilize and implement the organization, resources and procedures for the Services,


• Lead the Contractor's Services team, delegate and allocate responsibilities,


• Assign and coordinate duties and tasks to Contractor's Key Personnel, Short-Term Key Personnel and all senior Team staff,


• Create and animate a dynamic management team using motivational and communicative working methods and maintaining an open link with all parties,


• Assume overall responsibility over the Team and manage all Team activities in compliance with contract terms, in order to improve the standard and efficiency of the water and wastewater services to the satisfaction of customers through co-ordination with all stakeholders, to help project meet its strategic objectives,


• Call on Saur group technical expertise to backup management team activities when necessary


• Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of ail services to be delivered during the contract period with the support of the management team,


• Ensure the good and timely preparation and delivery of the plans with the support of the Performance Director and relevant members of the management team


• Take responsibility for the performance evaluations of the management team to ensure that the highest levels of competency and performance are maintained within the team with the support of the HR Director,

Profile : You graduated Master degree in Management and have a ‎10 to
‎15-year experience in Management.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to combine analysis,
synthesis, rigor and method.

You are autonomous, flexible, adaptable, and reactive. You demonstrate a very
good level of communication both from a written and oral point of view. You
like working in a team, wish to evolve in an international environment and
take advantage of opportunities for development, in a motivating company
project. You would like to contribute to the rapid growth of our activities
and are curious.

You are fluent in French and English; Arabic knowledge would be a plus
