Department : Sales & Service.
Location : Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah
Job Summary :
Supervising products sales activities and monitoring and coordinating sales
activities of teams engaged in the sales of medical equipment and supplies,
and providing customer services.
Scope of Work :
* Planning and supervising sales and service programs to promote new markets, improving competitive position in area, and providing fast and efficient customer service
* Conferring with potential customer to ascertain equipment, supplies, and service needs
* Advising customer on types of equipment to purchase, considering such factors as costs, space availability, and intended use
* Supervising and coordinating activities of personnel engaged in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping, and receiving and shipping operations
* Reviewing articles in trade publications to keep abreast of technological developments in types of professional equipment merchandised
* Resolving customer complaints regarding equipment, supplies, and services.
* Working with inside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date
* Monitoring entrance of new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database
* Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
* Investigating and resolving customer problems with deliveries
Required Educational :
* Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
Required Experience :
* Two years of experience in sales & Service related activities in a similar organization
