us in our Riyadh office

The Opportunity
This exciting new role within our IMEA FP &A team to support business in
collecting outstanding accounts receivables across private and public sector
clients
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Key Responsibilities:
On-site visits
* Required to be on the road most of the time visiting client sites to expedite the resolution of outstanding payments.
* Pushing the client on payments in person, demonstrating a sense of urgency in collection efforts and ensuring issues are resolved on the spot whilst at the client site.
* Getting to know the client contacts, developing a strong rapport with their procurement teams, and understanding their internal approval and payment processes.
* Navigating through the different client departments to resolve outstanding issues and remove potential roadblocks in a timely manner.
Invoice management - Ensuring invoices are delivered to the correct
department and where necessary uploading invoices to client and government
portals.
Stakeholder engagement - Interacting with internal stakeholders including
finance teams, Ops, EAs and business leads.
Escalation - Escalating potential payment delays and highlighting issues
to management for prompt resolution.
DSO Reduction - Focusing on reducing regional DSO (Days sales
outstanding) through effective receivables management.
Reporting - Providing weekly/monthly status updates to management
including KPIs (DSO metrics, exposure to AR reserves, high-risk issues)
Skills and Attributes
* Arabic is essential for this role and fluent in English.
* Must have outstanding interpersonal skills, in a demanding and challenging diverse work environment.
* Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks with little supervision.
* Basic understanding of Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
* Driving license is preferred but not essential.
* Flexible attitude, hard-working and results-driven
