ORGANIZATION
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports Regional Brand Teams on all permanent and temporary merchandising
needs, striving for excellence in execution within deadlines and assigned
budgets. Acts as brand guardian to ensure all projects are delivered as per
global brand guidelines and standards.
PERMANENT MERCHANDISING :
* Lead new counter production/renovations to ensure on-time delivery and best-in-class quality, including merchandising
* Lead fixture production (Sephora Gondola/ Backwalls)
* Supervise external construction suppliers and coordinate with store personnel the installation of fixtures.
* Coordinate with external suppliers for maintenance of the counters.
* Coordinate with suppliers/supervisors on new Sephora door openings (fixtures delivery/installation and tester allocation)
* Liaise with suppliers/ supervisors on Sephora fixture relocations
TEMPORARY MERCHANDISING:
* Responsible for local production of new launch visuals/grids according to brand guidelines, including localizing VM guidelines by market
* Update planograms (Sephora, Boutique, Department Stores) per launch and share with respective parties
* Forecasts new POSM material in line with regional requirements, budgets and new openings and ensures timely availability of needed POSM material in each door.
* Lead and execute trade activities implementation for in-store animations, store takeovers, and mall podiums (design briefs, bidding process with the supplies, liaise drawing validation with HQ, factory inspections, installation report)
* Conduct regular market visits to check adherence to brand guidelines, and ensure excellence in execution of all visual merchandising across the region.
* Creates a store database with clear record of all doors, type of fixtures, visual specifications etc.
* Reports new VM installations/updates on a monthly basis
COST OPIMIZATION AND BUDGET MANAGEMENT:
* Responsible to obtain quotations, raise all POs related to VM projects, and share invoices in a timely manner
* Negotiate with suppliers to optimize cost and ensure projects are within budget
* Assist in building VM budget
* Track VM budget including CAPEX
