Key responsibilities
* Order handling ( creation of orders, follow up credit limits/ finance release / creation of PO. , follow up OC with order center make all communication, create OC for customer and share)
* Update E2E tracker
* New customer Vem Ilac ‎712 line installed in ‎2022 new desings workings + plus orders will start soon
* Follow up bookings for confirmed orders
* Prepare vessel arrivals update reports, if any delays/channge happen mention on tracker and share with customers
* Meetings (weekly demand planning + weekly call with order management)
* Follow up loadings and their documentions
* Follow up vessel sailings, checking BL drafts and follow up final BLs
* Follow up remaining stocks and distrube them to orders and inform customer and factory, update PO and OCs accordingly
* Keep track of old Cylinder files
* KPI reports
* Issuing cylinder invoices + related re-classifications
* Forwarder for supply chain
* Collect yearly price offers from different forwarders (trucking companies, intermodal) share these prices with Dubai team (Procurement and Finance). Negotiations during the year.
* Follow up forwarder transit time and service performance and evaluate and give feedback
* Checking their invoices, share with Eman for approval and accounting for payment. If any wrong invoicing happens, I ask correction or cancellation of that invoice.
* If there is payment issue, I coordinate the communication between forwarder and Dubai.
* If any waiting cost occur,communication and solving issues inbetween dispatch team and forwarder.
* Arranging airfreight deliveries
