About this opportunity*
As a Logistics Specialist you will be responsible for running the supply chain
in Saudi Arabia and support external and internal customers. Your mission is
to oversee the transportation and distribution of our products within KSA.
We are looking to hire a Logistics Specialists to help us keep growing. If
you're hard-working and dedicated, we are an ideal place to get ahead.

In this role, you will …
* Handeling and delivery of Invisalign cases and marketing products throughout KSA
* iTero distribution within KSA
* Managing delivery processes inbound/outbound logistics follow up with customs, freight forwarder and SFDA
* Support customers and partners with logistics solution when needed
* Apply for import permits via SFDA portal
* Monitor inbound/outbound shipments to intervene if required
* Receiving/sorting/packing of products before distribution
* Generate required reports with Salesforce
* Prepare Airway bills and related shipping documentation
* Fulfillment of Webstore orders
* Storage handling, stock counting and entering stock transactions in internal systems and reporting
* Liaising with CS, Finance, Legal and TM's to ensure service excellency
* Provide support with managing the office facilities and stationery supplies
* Assist with all document collections for organization
* Assist with legalizations, government agency liaison, PRO work
* Any other related admin support, as requested

In this role, you 'll need …
* Highschool degree or equivalent exprience
* Experience in logistics and freight cost management
* Team-player
* Very good communication and organization skills
* Computer skills from MS Office Products
* Eagerness to learn, open to feedback
* Good English skills
* Saudi Arabian National
* Based in Riyadh
