Responsible of overseeing all the logistics of a construction project,
creating work schedules for the teams, and allocating responsibilities.
Conduct site visits and report to project Managers on project progress.
* Supervise till hand-over the construction activities in all disciplines.
* Supervises the testing all systems on site.
* Prepares Project Progress Reports and time sheets and submits it to the project manager.
* Supervises the activities of the installation subcontractor
* Coordinating site activities with the end user representatives
* Managers the transportation of the installation tools and team from/site
* Ensures the Installation works of the company's HSE standards
* Prepares the descriptive technical report on any occurring problem.
* Follows up work progress with site teams, up to handing over to the end user.
* Prepares the site survey report and ensures report submitting to services manager/pm
* Prepare Daily Allocation Schedule and Supervise the Works.
* Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly work reports.
* Develops estimated work load for site team.
* Develops maintenance plan for site tools and machines
* Assigns appropriate site teams for the activities
* Ensure the proper implementation of the company's Safety and quality procedure by site team.
* Determines project costs by calculating labor, material and related costs
* Prepares Optimization study by analyzing engineering design in order to reach an optimized cost according to the required specifications
* Prepares engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules
* Confirms adherence to construction specifications & safety standards by monitoring project progress; inspecting construction site; verifying calculations and placements
* Maintains project database by entering data; completing backups and proper filing system to enable easy access to all sorts of documents
* Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

B.Sc. in any discipline and an advanced degree is a plus.
