Opportunity

Within our EMEA/ APAC-wide Internship Program CareerStart@sas we 're offering
a ‎6-month full-time internship in our Sales Department as Renewal Specialist
Intern.

The Customer Success team is looking for a Customer Success Renewal
Specialist intern to support SAS 's customer retention and renewal strategy,
on-time execution of renewals processes and contracts.
You will learn to manage implementation of customer relationship strategies to
increase both the effectiveness and efficiency of our loyalty and retention
efforts.
You will work (under supervision) on executing a portfolio of renewal
contracts in an assigned territory. You'll follow the strategic partnerships
with internal stakeholders such as Sales and Customer Success Managers to
secure every renewal. You'll work on minimizing financial attrition, locking
in the most favorable terms, identifying growth opportunities, and passing
insights back to the business.

Required qualifications:
* You 're curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.
* Strong communication skills - both written and verbal. We're a global company, English is a key.
* Fluent Arabic is required, French is a plus.
* Leadership abilities. Your past experiences demonstrate you'll take initiative and go above and beyond the call of duty.
* You're interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology.
* You're a college student enrolled in an accredited program at the end of course. Or, you are a fresh graduate.
* Target majors include economy, business management, industrial engineering, statistics and equivalent.
