OSITION OBJECTIVE The position is responsible for supervising the employees
and ensure the GPS reports, Annual Maintenance Contract and Vehicle Renewals
are reviewed and managed well. K
ey Responsibilities -
* onitor and review the GPS reports and take necessary action. -
* dentify the vendors with the best rate for Annual Maintenance Contract. -
* onitor the team of Drivers and Coordinators. -
* onduct recruitments as per the need. -
* eview the Annual Maintenance Contract of the vehicle and ensure the renewal before the expiry dates. -
* egister the Vehicle Renewal and update the reporting officer, if there are any changes in RTA rules and regulations. -
* iaise with all the Mall Managers for the delivery schedule and changes, if any. -
* rrange staff transportation as per the need. -
* rain the staff on the RTA rules and regulations. -
* nsure all the delivery takes place within the timelines. -
* iaise for the shortage of vehicle and coordinate accordingly. -
