Job Summary & Requirement:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
or Electronic Engineering.
Experience Level: From: 1 and up to 3 years.
Major Job Duties Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance and support for network infrastructure including:
* Troubleshooting network issues.
* diagnosing and resolving problems.
* implementing solutions in the field.
* Assist with configuring, installing, and maintaining All Vendors Networking equipment such as:
* Routers.
* Switches.
* Collaboration Voice (IPT).
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
* Collaborate with a cross-functional teams, including:
* system administrators.
* Network architects.
* IT support staff.
to ensure smooth operation and integration of network infrastructure.
* Respond to network-related incidents, analyze root cause, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
* Must be certified by Network Associate and prefer to be certified by Network Professional (CCNP).
* Must be certified & Categorized by Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
Teamwork Qualification:
