designed to support talented and committed professionals as they rebuild their
capabilities and continue their professional journey. Over the course of the
‎10-week returnship, experienced professionals who are transitioning back to
their field after a career break of ‎2 years or more will benefit from
customized onboarding and dedicated programming, and gain full-time, paid, on-
the-job experience. They will have an opportunity to participate in sessions
with leadership, develop personalized plans for success and receive coaching
to guide their return-to-work experience. Upon completion of the program,
based on performance and contributions, participants will be eligible for a
career at Bechtel.

relaunch their careers. Reasons for career breaks can include time away to
pursue a new career/business venture, childcare, eldercare, health issues,

Participants should be prepared to start October 15th, ‎2023. Returnship
positions will offer a ‎48-hour work week.

To qualify for the Bechtel RISE returnship, candidates should:
* Be a Saudi national or have the right to work in Saudi Arabia without employer sponsorship.
* Be on a career break from their primary field for two or more years at the time of application.
* Have prior work experience in the functional area of interest.

Project Information:
Bechtel and its consortium partners are excited to begin hiring the completion
teams which will finalize the monumental Riyadh Metro Project (RMP), currently
estimated at ‎94% complete. The BACS consortium, which includes Almabani
General Contractors, Consolidated Contractors Company, and Siemens, is
responsible for the design, construction, train cars, and signaling as well as
electrification and integration of the new lines to the rest of the system.
Riyadh 's population of nearly ‎6 million is forecast to increase to ‎8 million
by ‎2030. The new metro system will meet the demands of the growing population
while reducing traffic congestion and improving air quality. Bechtel's Riyadh
Metro project is hiring for ALL Functions and offers competitive salary and

Principle Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Imaging and provision of Bechtel computers, mobile phones and Microsoft Two Factor Authorization
* Help users connect to the network, printers, file server, SharePoint and resolve any technical issues
* Assist with procurement of IT equipment/devices and manage IT inventory
* Setup network printers & scanners
* Deploy routers and switches and associated patching as offices expand
* Manage users using Active director and Dell Identify Manager
* Manage access to file servers and SharePoint
* Deploy Teams voice endpoints and provide technical support for conference calls
* Develop IT reports, dashboards and automate workflows as required
* Assist with implementation of various computer applications
* Develop IT support guides and user training
* Adhere to company/project IT procedures, standards, and security requirements

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and a minimum of ‎2 - ‎4 years of relevant professional experience or ‎6 - ‎8 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups (inside and outside of Information Technology department)
* Good understanding of the major IT infrastructure systems such as Microsoft domains, Cloud VPN, Virtual Servers, Caching File Servers, SDWAN, and/or Teams Voice including prior experience working on implementation of these products

Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of the software and integration architecture for document management, project controls, Autodesk suite, workflows and dashboards*
* Exposure to mid-scale construction projects in the Middle East would be beneficial
