Job Title: Control Room & Process Operator

Role summary: The Control Room & Process Operator will be responsible for
operating the plant equipment as per the requirements to ensure products meet
the ASD Standards of GMP, environment, health, safety, quality, and volume.
Education: Engineering diploma in Agriculture or Industrial fields
Qualification summary: The candidate should have ‎2 - ‎4 years of relevant
experience in a related industry with knowledge of the RO,UF,NF filtration
units.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise the implementation of the daily production operations according to the production plan to ensure product availability on time.
* Responsible for starting/stopping operation of the plant in accordance with standard operating procedures.
* Ensure ingredients and milk are available before starting the operation process.
* Coordinate with maintenance staff during maintenance work.
* Ensure effective communication between the processing and filling teams.
* Implement jobs as assigned by the Cell owner and ensure implementation of CIP in all production lines.
* Monitor the parameters of all processing plants, prepare the plants for treatment, and record & update with comments on operator shift reports.
* Report directly to the Cell Owner regarding all abnormalities or obstacles and the shift performance.
* Oversee the implementation of HACCP guidelines.
* Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and taking corrective actions for smooth & continuous plant operation.
* Follow the day-to-day operations related to job duties to ensure continuity of work
* Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, taking into account 'international best practice', improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement
* Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of the Process section to meet company and department requirements, policies, and standards
* Managing the filtration units Production & CIP as per the procedure.
* Managing and mixing Labneh and following UF operation procedures.
