Project: This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in
Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development
including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated
infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre
and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase
of the project.
We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking Reporting Manager with
exceptional skills in data visualization, presentation design, and
storytelling through reports. He needs to have the ability to turn complex
data into clear, compelling reports and presentations that drive understanding
and decision making.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing the reporting team on a project or subsets of the reporting practice within Mace.
* Mastery in setting up effective reporting and performance management systems and procedures.
* Standalone accountability for the designated performance of a large project or programme or of multiple projects concurrently.
* Overseeing and executing tasks associated with reporting in line with the required drumbeat.
* Completing / collating project progress / status reports.
* Updating project controls data.
* Creating content as directed in PDMS and updates as required.
* Promoting Mace Way (Control Centre) processes.
* Understanding overall project process in line with Mace Way (Control Centre) from design through to handover.
* Managing the input and production of key monthly / quarterly reports.
* Attending project review meetings where appropriate and challenges project status.

qualification.
