C295 Operation Assistant (Trainee)

Job Description:
LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work closely with the Head of Operations to oversee daily business operation.
* Provide support to Head of Operations as and when required.
* Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office
* Update internal operation procedures document as needed.
* Proactively recommend improvements to increase Operational performance.
* Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency.
* Assistance on budgeting for the department.
* Assist HO for EMS and FOD plan and its sustainability.
* Coordinate with HO to schedule team meetings and to provide follow-ups.
* Support the HO in managing and resolving Administrative/operational issues.
* Work with HO to provide excellent customer service.
* Participate in customer meetings and follow up on corrective actions as required.
* Store, file and retrieve corporate documents and reports as and when needed.
* Perform general office administrative duties.
* Carryout any duties and responsibilities as assigned by Head of Operations.
Other Factors :
* University Graduate or Equivalent preferred with Engineering
* Knowledge on Program management preferred.
* Skills on multi-tasking and people management.
* Additional courses in Business Writing and Elocution are advantageous.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
