Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to
all guests and visitors to the gaming lounge. This includes greeting guests,
answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and booking appointments. The
Receptionist must also be familiar with the gaming lounge's policies and
procedures and be able to enforce them as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls and take messages
Handle inquiries and complaints
Book appointments and reservations
Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner
Familiarize oneself with the gaming lounge's policies and procedures
Enforce the gaming lounge's policies and procedures as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
