Project: This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in
Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development
including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated
infrastructure.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-caliber and experienced
professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting the project team from project initiation, through the design phases, procurement, construction, and handover.
* Assisting the project manager/senior project manager/project director daily.
* Executing tasks associated with the administration and management of projects (e.g., meeting minutes and governance reporting).
* Contributing to the development of reporting throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
* Tracking project progress (cost, quality, program, objectives) and generating status reports.
* Promoting and coordinating project risk/opportunity reviews.
* Understanding and mitigating risks for the work they are undertaking.
* Understanding the importance of Mace business management processes.
About you
You will have a tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experience. You
have a willingness to learn and can work effectively in a team environment.
You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships and provide
support to strong, motivated teams. You have previous working experience on
construction projects and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the
