Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor invoice verification, recording, and processing invoices, and coordinating payments.
* Prepare and review bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, including reviewing invoices, recording transactions, and issuing timely vendor payments.
* Participate in Annual Budget preparation and provide necessary documentation and information to Finance Controller.
* Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation and information to auditors.
* Prepare financial reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
* Analyze complex financial reports and records.
* Collaborate with the IT department to optimize and maintain payment systems and train other staff members on the new process / system.
* Supervise junior staff members by providing timely support and training.
* Other duties as assigned by Management, as and when required.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with minimum of 4 years' experience
* Registered in Saudi organization for chartered and professional accountant (SOCPA).
* Conducts intermediate to advanced financial analysis.
* Ability to assist with budget and forecast preparation.
* Follows accounting practices to ensure optimum client satisfaction.
* Working knowledge of financial software and MS Office
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills.
* Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
* Fluency in English & Arabic, verbal and written.
