Job Title* : Logistics Supervisor

Location: Riyadh-KSA
Job Scope:
Handling BUD Riyadh Logistics operations. Monitoring all deliveries,
Warehousing, transportations, logistics distribution cost, governance, and
leading logistics excellence agenda.
You will be also responsible for reviewing the 3PL KPIs and evaluate their
outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Optimize the daily shipment plan via efficient inbound/outbound transportation planning.
* Maximize the utilization of the fleets by selecting the right type and size that fits the right lot size of daily customer orders.
* Manage and communicate with 3PL on a daily basis to ensure that all the planned deliveries were dispatched on time in full.
* Manage the demonstrated capacity for inbound and outbound warehousing in an efficient way that balance between cost and service.
* Develop delivery schedules and drop shipment strategies.
* Manage and control all the returns and refusals from retail side via efficient reverse logistics process that ease the O2C cycle end to end.
* Ensure that WMS with 3PL is always interfaced with SAP system to avoid any short picks and service level hits.
* Optimize the logistics cost including (Warehousing and transportation).
* Reduce business waste including all kinds of detentions and resent deliveries due to lack of communication and speed of information between supply chain partners.
* Select, train, motivate, and evaluate assigned personnel.
* Maintain accurate records and files of inventory usage.
* Understand each customer behaviors and fulfil their needs and requirements.
Key Competencies & Skills:*
* Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain or any relevant degree.
* 2 -4 Years of Experience in key account management experience within FMCG industry.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong financial and business acumen.
* Passion for Growth.
* Team Commitment.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
