Responsibilities of SCADA Operator
* Assis the team in monitoring and controlling Baggage Handling System (BHS) operations via SCADA system and dashboards tools.
* Ensure proper communication and guidance from the BHS control room to Field supervisors & technicians for proper fault finding and rectification.
* Assist the team in analyzing day-to-day operational challenges, observations related to BHS systems, and various system reports and escalate/suggest adequate solutions.
* Log all the daily activities and anomalies in the logbook.
Responsibilities of Operation & Maintenance Technician
* Assist the team in preventive & corrective maintenance accordingly with full compliance with SOPs and Site Safety rules and regulations.
* Assist in carrying out periodical checks/maintenance inspections stated on the checklist.
* Familiarization with all the Electrical drawings in the Panel & understanding of electrical connections.
* Assist the team in case of a baggage jam or any other problem in their work area, intervene in line with the applicable procedure, and close coordination with the control room.
* Ensure Usage of suitable PPE for work safety; fencing/cover/door opened for any work/reason must be closed immediately after completing the task before the machine is turned live.
What do I need to qualify for any of the roles?
* Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer/IT/Mechanical/Electrical or relevant.
* Self-learning capability and analytical skills are required.
* Basic understanding of Automated Material Flow systems.
* Good awareness of quality and safety procedures.
* Willingness to work in shifts.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
