Job Description



  • Prepare Quarterly balance sheet and P & L Fluctuation Analysis

  • Prepare and record accurate journal entries for various transactions, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and internal policies.

  • Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of general ledger accounts.

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with GAAP in compliance with relevant accounting standards.

  • Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, including the preparation of accruals and adjusting entries.

  • Support internal and external audit processes by providing requested documentation, explanations, and reconciliations.

  • Analyze financial data/expenses on a monthly basis to identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury, to resolve accounting-related issues and ensure proper recording of transactions.

  • Maintain documentation of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and facilitate audits.

  • Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and standards, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Assist in the implementation and improvement of accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.


Personal Skills



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

  • At least ‎2 years general ledger accounting experience is required

  • Excellent command of English.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Team player

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • As per the organization Decision Matrix.


Technical Skills


Strong technical accounting background.


Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
