* roject execution manual development and maintenance. P
* roject management team equipment and supplies management. P

* eview of site correspondence and documents for compliance with provisions of the contract documents. P
* roper operation of the Project Execution Plan. P
* eriodic preparation and processing of site reports. M
* anagement of intra-management correspondence (between the Site and Development Offices) for compliance with the provisions of the contract documents. M
* aintenance of contract documents. Perform a contractual/commercial review of the tender submissions and check the content for compliance with the instruction to Tenders. P
* rocessing of contractor documents. R
* eview initial Work Breakdown structure and reporting system. R
* eview and evaluate Program Master Schedule and design, construction procurement schedules, and including third-party impacts or constraints. A
* nalyzing, evaluating, and forecasting project cost estimates and preparing estimates as required A
* nalyzing and evaluating performance against an established schedule A
* ssessing the impact of design/construction changes and schedule slippages R
* eview project risk log and mitigation plan and track budget, and schedule contingency R
* eview and propose an improvement to the Project Management Plan and related procedures D
* efine risk budget (i.e. financial consequences of risk) I
* nforms themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill. P

* bachelor's degree in Engineering is required E
* xtensive experience in leading or executing project controls elements. A
* dequate work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree. ‎1
* ‎3+ or more years of experience in managing Multi-Million Dollar projects within the PMC field with a focus on Infrastructure Projects. A
* bility to think ahead, identify new opportunities, and create new and innovative approaches to work-related issues E
* xtensive experience working with Primavera and P6. S
* trong Management and communication. D
* emonstrates a determination, desire to succeed, and a wish to progress and develop within a commercial role. E
* xcellent working knowledge of Word, and Excel and strong user skill level within MS Office or Primavera E
* xcellent numerical and communication skills T
