Job Description
1
）负责AliExpress中东国家站的用户增长，对年度新用户增长目标负责。通过中东（尤其沙特、以色列）的本地流量生态合作，结合AE平台的商品特点设计高效的合作模式（网红、社交、跨界、联盟等），促进平台流量增长和用户转化；
2）有本地化资源，能链接和发展本地化的各种线上线下渠道，通过合理的商业机制引入更多用户
3）洞察和配合行业，提出相匹配的商品销售渠道解决方案并执行，提升货品销售效率 4）优化相关产品承接链路，提高新人转化效率 1. Responsible
for user growth in AliExpress Middle East region, accountable for achieving
new user acquisition targets. Through local traffic ecosystem cooperation in
the Middle East (especially in Saudi Arabia and Israel), design efficient
cooperation models (such as KOLs, social media, affiliate, etc.) to promote
platform user growth. 2. Possess local resources and can link and develop
various online and offline channels to introduce more users through reasonable
business mechanisms. 3. Insight into and coordinate with the industry,
propose matching product sales channel solutions and execute them to improve
product sales efficiency. 4. Optimize the relevant product acceptance chain
to improve the conversion efficiency of new users.
Position Requirement
1 ）勇于探索新事物，富有创新精神；能结合业务现状发现新机会和新策略 2）有国内外电商运营或者互联网的经历，对于互联网工作模式熟悉；
3）语言能力：需具备良好的英语书面、交流能力；会阿拉伯语，尤其是在中东地区有生活工作经验优先； 4）有大规模网红运营经验者优先 1. Be Brave
in exploring new things, innovative spirit; can discover new opportunities and
strategies based on the current business situation. 2. Have experience in
domestic and international e-commerce operations or internet work modes. 3.
Language proficiency: require good written and verbal English communication
skills; familiar with Arabic, especially those who have lived and worked in
the Middle East. 4. Those with extensive experience in KOL operations are
preferred.
