Performs all cashiering duties in Billing & Collection Section and other
locations; such as Outpatient Clinics. Including sending bills, calling
clients for follow-up and receive all types of payments from different Clients
like Royal Family members, self-pay patients, companies, diplomats, employees
and others.
1. Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from self-pay patients,
employees and third parties, and issue receipts.
2. Receives advance payments/deposits from self pay patients, employees and
third parties.
3. Records payments against services provided to patients/third parties, and
stamp receipt.
4. Issues credit receipts for contracted patients/companies.
5. Issues refund when approved.
6. Receives, records, and provide receipts for deposits of revenues and
Hospital Grant.
7. Prints daily income reports, compares the amount with cash, checks and
credit cards.
8. Submits daily income reports with cash, checks and copies of receipts to
the main cashier on a daily basis.
9. Answering patient inquiries and questions regarding their financial
statements.
10. Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.
Education**
Bachelor 's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, or other related discipline is
required.
Grade 07:*
No experiences with Bachelor's Degree, or one (1) year of related experience
with Diploma is required.
Grade 08:
**One (1) year of related experience with Bachelor 's Degree, or three (3)
years with Diploma or is required.*
Other Requirements(Certificates)**
Saudi National is preferred.
