Join our Smart Infrastructure Building Products Business unit as Technical
Sales Support and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making
the world a smarter place for tomorrow.
Your Role -
Represents Building Products in Fire safety portfolio (Fire alarm and Fire
suppression systems) by supporting Fire-partners in design, estimation and
value engineering as well as supporting Fire Sales team by conducting a pre-
sales trainings and develop the competencies of their partners
* Support Sales and Presales personnel of our fire detection + extinguishing (clean agent) distribution partners in product selection and value engineering
* Support the distribution partners to specify products, submittal approval/comments etc
* Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
* Handling and resolving distribution partners Pre-sales queries.
* Conduct a Pre-Sales training for Distribution Partners to develop their competencies.
* Ensure Pre-Sales Training documentation is accurate and up to date
* Coordinate marketing and marcom activities (exhibitions, customer events, newsletters, etc.)
* Develops new partners competencies to ensure they are able to offer Siemens Portfolio to their customers
* Prioritize customers based on potential and opportunities.
* Coordinates and create proposals in cooperation with sales team and management
* Acts as a fire pre-sales & Technical Sales specialist


Your Qualifications and Skills - Digital And Solid!
* Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical
*
Relevant year of experience
‎1- (‎1-‎3) Years' Experience in Fire safety industry for a manufacturer or
channel partner in a pre-sales or Technical Sales role
‎2- Know how in Design of Fire Alarm & Fire suppression system (Clean agent)
like Siemens XLS, Cerberus Pro, Fire suppression Sinorix preferred or
alternatively experience with any other manufacturers/System integrators.
‎3- know-how in application & Fire systems & products (‎1-‎3 years)

Understanding of promoting premium products with value-selling against low
price competition
* Knowledge of international standard regulations and Local Authority such as Vds, UL and NFPA
* Personal skills
Customer knowledge
Sales and customer development
Domain-specific standards and regulations (Fire)
Identifying and developing customer value
Communication skills
Passionate, self-driven, reliable and fast-learner
* Language skills
Strong English language skills
Knowledge of Arabic is a must
