Registers new Saudi employees in the General Organization for Social Insurance
(GOSI) System, excludes separated employees, assists retired employees in
finalizing necessary procedures for them to get the pension salary and answers
all inquiries related to GOSI.
1. Prepares salary statement for Hospital employees, compares it with that
issued by GOSI (on-line), provides required explanations and carries out
necessary procedures for salary changes.
2. Updates GOSI procedures from time to time based on amendments to GOSI
Regulations and Procedures.
3. Answers all GOSI related inquiries, e.g. deduction mechanism, pension
payment, occupational incapacitation, etc.
4. Add/remove employees from GOSI system and upload necessary documents as
needed/assigned.
5. Enters all employees ' data, including salaries, in the computer system
and issues required reports, such as addition, exclusions, and work related
injuries, etc.
6. Physically visit GOSI Official Site to follow up Hospital/employee(s)
issues when needed.
7. Coordinates with Public Pension Agency (PPA) regarding all Gulf citizens
GOSI changes.
8. Follows all Hospital's related Policies and Procedures.
9. Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as
applicable.
10. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor 's or Associate Degree / Diploma in Human Resource
Management,Hospital Administration or other related discipline is required.
Grade 08:
One (1) year of related experience withBachelor 's Degree is required.
Grade 09:
Three (3) years of related experience withBachelor 's Degree is required,
including two (2) years of (Grade 08) experienceis required.
