Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions / Results:
Responsible for delivering the financial strategy as set by the General
Manager Cigna Saudi Arabia branch, the Board and other senior stakeholders
Regulatory compliance responsibility and reporting as the SAMA approved
Authorized Individual (Finance Officer)
SAMA Authority authorized signatory for Cigna Saudi Arabia branch
Review and approve annual manpower planning budget for Cigna Saudi Arabia
branch
Ownership of Cigna Saudi Arabia branch financial statements and forecasts
Distribute on-going reporting required for closing financials at the end of
each month and feeding insights to the wider business
Financial interpretation of monthly results
Liaison between service entity and insurance entities
Monitor the financial performance of Cigna Saudi Arabia branch and identify
areas of success or areas for improvement
Lead capital planning as required
Skills/Experience Required:
Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred - concentrations in Finance, Economics,
Mathematics, or Business a plus. 4 -5 years of experience in financial
planning, accounting, controlling & monitoring
Strong financial modelling and forecasting experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Advanced excel and programming skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with sound and broad business acumen
Ability to work as a competent individual contributor
Previous experience in health insurance is preferable
