For this bid we are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead

Kingdom.
Responsibilities:
*
Be responsible for the development, review, monitoring, control, and adherence
to the General Consultant Quality Control plans and forms in compliance with
the standards and local regulations.
* Maintain continually plans and procedures of the Quality Management System.
* Review of D &B Contractor's organization, key personnel CVs as submitted by the D&B Contractor and advises the Project Director of his comments.
* Participate in technical compliance audits, reports any Quality issues that might have a risk or counter effect on time, cost of the project on a timely manner on all ongoing work to ensure compliance. Monitors Non-Compliance issues and safeguard the proper and on-time mitigating actions for these.
* Liaise with the appropriate departments for issues interrelating with the Quality of the work.
* Participate in reviewing Close-Out Reports as submitted by the D&B Contractor.
* Initiate and manage monitoring of the D&B Contractors' QA/QC system.
Qualifications:
*
Graduation in Engineering along with relevant certifications
* At least 10+ years of experience and minimum 8+ years in the rail industry, with a focus on quality management with GC/ PMC / Client / Supervision or Construction firm / OEMs of Systems
* English as required language. Other languages is a plus
* Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations related to rail design integration.
* Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
